Morning jog with @raqeembrian..

Most of the time memang malas.. But u just have to do it. Not for anybody else, but for you! For you to feel good abt yourself, for you to build your stamina, for you to distress, and most importantly, for you to take care of you and be healthy, mentally n physically. For you.

And, bila kita sihat, we can hustle more, we can focus better, we can contribute more and we can love more. We can be there for everyone yg kita sayang, kan? And after all of that, i feel happy. Happy for me, happy for everyone.

Focus on the good thing. I know i know, susah.. ade je org x kena kat mata kau kan? Well, we are human after all.. We cant control org, but we can control how we feel, how we react towards others. We choose.

Kau nak jadi toxic kau nak jadi happy?

One thing we can do more is be grateful. I am grateful. Thankful. Alhamdulillah.
